iClips Announces Alliance With NBCi to Deliver Free Streaming Video Services to NBCi Members
NBCi Members Can Create and Post Personalized Videos to Their Own NBCi Classifieds and Personal Web Sites
NEW YORK--(BUSINES WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2001--

Internet-based streaming video services, announced an alliance with
NBC Internet, Inc. (Nasdaq: NBCI - news), a leading Internet portal company
that brokers information, commercial and entertainment transactions to
deliver personalized streaming video services to NBCi members.
iClips has developed NBCi's ``My Video Center'', an area on the NBCi
Web site that will give all NBCi members free access to the tools
necessary to create, send, store, and share their own streaming video
messages throughout NBCi, including NBCi's Personal Homepages,
Classifieds and Clubs. Using a Webcam or camcorder and iClips

ways by incorporating their own video into classified advertisements,
personal home pages, email messages, greeting cards and more.
NBCi members will have access to iClips' full suite of video
messaging tools including iClips Producer, the easiest way to capture,
encode and share streaming video files. In addition, those who sign up
for ``My Video'' will receive 20 MB of free storage space for their
streaming videos and have access to a full account management system
to administer their streaming video files from their NBCi account.
These services will provide more than an hour of video storage and
unlimited bandwidth for sharing streaming video messages. In addition,
NBCi members with high-speed service can use select features of iClips
Pro(TM), the premium service, for free.
``NBCi is committed to delivering broadband solutions to our
