iClips Delivers Free Streaming Video Services to Homestead.com Members

Over 7 Million Registered Homestead Members Can Add iClips' Video Services to Personalized Web Site

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2000--iClips, Inc. (www.iClips.com), a leading provider of free Internet-based streaming video services, announced an Element partnership with Homestead.com, an online resource which enables individuals and small businesses to create feature-rich Web sites.

iClips' streaming video communications tools and applications are fully integrated and promoted throughout Homestead. iClips streaming video communications Element joins over 150 Homestead Elements available for over seven million registered members to use in creating their Web site. Elements are the basic building blocks of all Homestead Web sites. The iClips integration will enable members to create, capture and publish streaming video to their personal Web sites for free.

Homestead members will have access to iClips' full suite of tools, including iClips Producer, the easiest way to capture, encode and share streaming video files. Using a PC camera or camcorder, Homestead members will be able to create and add personal videos to their Web sites by simply dragging and dropping the iClips' ``Add-a -Video'' Element. All Homestead members who drag and drop the iClips' Element on to their Web site will receive 20 MB of free storage space for their streaming videos in addition to the 16 MB offered to members upon sign-up. Members will also have access to a full account management system to manage their streaming video files from their Homestead account.
