Akamai Technologies Convenes Third Annual Customer Advisory Board
IT executives from leading enterprise and Web businesses to share ideas and vision on the future of deploying Internet infrastructure

its third Customer Advisory Board (CAB) conference at its headquarters
in Cambridge, MA. Members of this year's Akamai CAB include:
Accenture, Apple, BET Interactive, Barnes & Noble.com, CNET Networks,
iClips, IFILM, Macromedia, McAfee, Merck, The Motley Fool, MTVi, Nike,
SAKS Direct, Ticketmaster, and Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive.
Attendees from these companies hold various IT management positions
ranging from engineering and CTOs to vice presidents of information
systems and CIOs.
Akamai's customer base consists of businesses leveraging the
Internet to deliver engaging and dynamic content, streaming media,
interactivity and a stimulating user experience, while enhancing their
brand image and driving e-commerce revenues. The CAB provides feedback
and user analysis that has helped with the creation of Akamai's
