Javelin Technologies Announces Agreement with Yahoo! to Provide the FIX Technology for Real-Time ECN Quotes on Yahoo! Finance

Yahoo! Finance uses Javelin's Coppelia to Receive Data Feeds from ECNs

NEW YORK, Sept. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Javelin Technologies today announced an agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO - news), a leading global Internet communications, commerce and media company, to provide its Coppelia FIX software to enable Yahoo!® Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com) to receive FIX protocol-based data feeds from three Electronic Communication Networks (ECNs), including Instinet, Island and Archipelago. Real-time ECN quotes enable Yahoo! Finance users to make more informed investment decisions.
